Betty Crocker Gluten-Free Cookie Mix Now Available in Canada!

Betty Crocker’s gluten-free chocolate chip cookie mix is finally here in Canada! We found a 1078 gram box for $9.69 at the Bayers Lake Costco today. There are two pouches in the box, enough for about 60 cookies.

I’ve purchased these mixes in the United States before, and I really love them. They have a great taste and texture, and they’re easy to make. They’re also made in a gluten-free facility.

The Betty Crocker site also has a few great recipes featuring this mix. Here are some of our favourites:

If you’ve got more ideas for this fantastic mix, we’d love to hear them!

Thanks for the word! I will say one thing–the Robin Hood GF flour that was recently introduced to Canada seems to be designed almost specifically for cookie-making, if you’ve got a good recipe. And at about $8 for a huge bag, it might be more cost-effective than the Betty Crocker (plus you get to do your own trusted recipe). I tried that Robin Hood flour for pizza, and it had a very “cookie-ish” taste to the dough.

Anyway, either way, you can never have too many cookie options, so great to see that Betty Crocker is now in Canada.

Cookies are great. 🙂 We have also used the Robin Hood flour for banana muffins – the trick is to add about a teaspoon of xanthan gum per cup. It’s definitely more affordable than some of the other flours out there!

As a side note, the Betty Crocker cake mixes are fantastic too!
